1979`s sustainable swimwear is designed in Berlin and made from high quality fabric and notions, both sourced from within the EU and certified “Oekotex Standard 100”. We currently make six different sizes ranging from US size 4 to 14/16 ( German sizes 34-44 ).
An eco-conscious approach has been an important part of our philosophy from the very beginning.
1979 Swimwear is made in a small manufactory 3 hours away from Berlin in the neighboring Poland.
Since we make small editions of our swimsuits and bikinis, the line is not only highly exclusive, but this way we can always strive for the best quality.
Our ongoing line of swim-classics is orderable all year round and we ship worldwide.
